Loved the guest room with the queen sized bed and the way it was setup. Got a great breakfast included. Throughout the day staff were excellent and exceptionally friendly. The location was secluded, not far from Stowe mountain and the areas of the rooms and Vermont lodging as opposed to sterile Manhatten-esque modernism.

I really enjoyed huge room with a view of stowe's countryside and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel was favourable and fab - relatively close to Pinnacle Ski and Sports. Set really close to mountains and hills, it was a plus.

The hotel boasts secluded location in the lobby\lounge area where they have multiple board games available to play. And it's nestled in a traditional building so close to a hill surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds, downtown and Stowe mountain attractions and restaurants. All the rooms are unique and the staff is supper friendly and excellent.

Proximity to the mountain and comfort of living and dining rooms. Our waitress was excellent - very attentive.
The room was very outdated and there was confusion about what was included in my stay. Upon checkout, I pointed out that they forgot to charge me for dinner. They went on to charge me far more than my waitress had told me it would cost (she had said the fixed menu was inclusive of all taxes and service, but the desk clerk explained it wasn't the case). They offered up nothing to make up for that error in communication and even went on to tell me that if I had booked though their website rather than bookings.com, I would have seen the meal + room packages which were much cheaper than what I paid. When I asked them to honor the package price, they said, "Sorry, we can't do that" but welcomed me to return sometime. Yeah, not likely...

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location on a hill surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds was stunning. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the cozy lobby with its comfortable lounge, fireplaces, and nooks to relax and enjoy with friends and family. The views of the mountains from the lobby were breathtaking. Additionally, the staff was always friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. The hotel's convenient location to all the Stowe area attractions, including shopping and dining options, was a major plus.
Nothing, it is perfect.
